Adult classes are for the young at heart. A one hour concentrated class on the skills and training of Tae Kwon Do, Grappling, Forms and Weaponry. Adult class is for all levels of training from the beginner to the most advance. Adults have many different goals, expectations and reasons for training. Some train for weight loss or getting in shape, others for competition and then some just want to have time set aside for themselves to relieve stress and enjoy other adults with the same goals.
